Ministry of Housebound

Mission

To visit Holy Cross's housebound parishioners, to pray with them and give them Holy Communion, so that they can be in union with Christ and be aware of His presence in their lives 

 

Meeting

  • 3rd Friday of the month at 8pm.
  • Bi-monthly meeting with sharing followed by fellowship 

 

Frequency of Activity

  • Outreach is carried out in Teams on a weekly basis on weekdays and weekends
